10 YEAR PAINT

1) Wherever the soil meets the walls, we trench four to six inches deep and put back after job is completed.

2) Mask and shield all windows, doors etc. that are vulnerable.

3) Hydroblast (water) all exterior walls of home at 3000 psi.

4) For stucco- all cracks are opened and filled with product, never to come back. Whatever stucco we repaired is given back the identical texture, leaving no flat areas, or bandaids.

5) All wood is stripped and sanded, and all rotted wood is replaced as necessary.

6) Shoot primer on the entire house.

7) We color all trim, etc.

8) We color all walls.

9) We lay a color beaded line on entire property where concrete walkways meet the walls.

10) We do a total cleanup of our job, when finished.
